Eyeowa Victor, an HND 2 Mass Communication student of The Polytechnic, Ibadan, has, over the week, received a scholarship to run the final year of his program in the 2022/2023 academic session.
Recall that Eyeowa, during the ASCOM Dinner and Award Night on June 16, won the Academic Excellence of the year award for the previous academic session, alongside a scholarship.
Facilitating the scholarship is Mr. Victor Ayetoro, Odu'a Company Investment Limited's Head of Branding and Communication.
It is worth noting that Mr. Ayetoro while presenting the award to Eyeowa, promised to sponsor his HND 2 by paying his school fees, a promise he has now fulfilled over the week.
Justifying the scholarship, Mr. Ayetoro said it aims to encourage Eyeowa, alongside other students, to do their best and be more diligent with their academics.
