The Department of Mass communication has communicated a crucial announcement concerning the mandatory use of departmental tie as well as the ongoing admission process for eligible students.
During a lecture, the Head of Department (HOD) Dr. Olusoji Olatunji reiterated the importance of complying with departmental requirements and deadlines. According to the HOD, 17th November 2025 marked the ultimatum for students to purchase the departmental tie. He advised that students who are yet to purchase theirs should act immediately, as no further extensions will be granted.
Dr. Olatunji further addressed the issue of admissions into the department, stating that students who have met the cut-off mark but are yet to receive admission into the institution should prepare all required documents and submit them to the Office of the Head of Department for immediate admission processing.
The announcement emphasizes the department's commitment to maintaining academic standards and ensuring a smooth administrative process for both returning and potential students.
