With adaptive technologies, learners can move at their own pace spending more time on difficult topics and progressing quickly through familiar ones. This personalized approach not only improves understanding but also increases confidence and engagement. Interactive tools like videos, quizzes, and simulations further make learning more dynamic and less rigid.
Another major advantage is exposure. Students are no longer limited to a single textbook or classroom teacher. They now have access to global resources lectures, research materials, and online communities that broaden their perspectives and encourage independent thinking.
However, this shift is not without its challenges. The digital divide remains a significant barrier, particularly in developing regions where internet access and digital devices are limited.
