Students have been advised to comply with the institution’s rules and regulations and to complete all required registrations on time to avoid late payment fees. This charge was made during the first congress of the National Association of South South Students Union, The Polytechnic Ibadan, under the Igwe Grace led administration for the 2025/2026 session.
President Igwe Grace explained that the Association aims to unite all South South students of The Polytechnic Ibadan, promote the learning of their cultural heritage, and revive the spirit of shared identity among students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
The congress recorded an impressive turnout, with the SUE President Nurudern Fagbemi and his executives in attendance, presidents of various indigenous associations across the institution, departmental and faculty leaders, as well as former leaders of the National Association of South South Students Union.
