ASCOM, in collaboration with Jobberman, has held a soft skills training session for all female students of the Mass Communication Department.
The training recorded an impressive turnout of over 300 female students, creating a lively and engaging atmosphere. The participants were eager to deepen their knowledge of essential soft skills. During the session, Mrs. Titilope introduced the students to different soft skill areas and highlighted why these skills matter in today’s workplace.
To assess participants’ understanding, questionnaires were administered, and at the end of the training, certificates were presented to all attendees.
The jobberman soft skill training is one that teaches students on self improvement, time management, emotional intelligence and self development.
