The Polytechnic Ibadan is gearing up to welcome its newly admitted students for the 2025/2026 academic session.
The matriculation ceremony is scheduled to take place on Thursday, January 8th, 2026, at the 1000-seater Lecture Hall, Middle Belt Area, near Wema Bank, starting at 10:00 am.
According to an official memo all matriculating students are required to collect their academic gowns from their respective faculty officers. To do this, students must present a receipt of payment of ₦2,500, paid at the Bursary Department, which covers the rental fee for the matriculation gown.
The Matriculation ceremony for 2025/2026 academic session marks the beginning of an intriguing and exciting academic journey for the newly admitted students.
