In the early hours of Wednesday, the Department of Mass Communication (ASCOM) officially unveiled its new sports jersey during a lecture session with the HND2 class.
The newly introduced ASCOM sports jersey, designed in white and blue to reflect the department’s identity and code, will be worn by the players . It is scheduled to debut at 9:00 a.m. today during a competitive match between the Mass Communication students and the Procurement Department.
Speaking at the unveiling, the HOD commended the efforts of the Sports Director, Comr. Olatoye Ridwan, alongside the departmental president and other executive members. He highlighted several developmental strides achieved under the Sports Directorate and expressed appreciation for the dedication and commitment demonstrated.
The HOD also tested the jersey, offering positive remarks on its design and quality. He concluded by congratulating the players and wishing them success ahead of the much-anticipated competition.
