The Polytechnic, Ibadan 39th Convocation took place on Friday 14th February 2025 at 1000 leacture seaters of the institution
The event was graced with different individuals celebrating a great milestone with the institution .
Among the 3,650 Graduands, Shonde Yemisi Idayat, of the microbiology Department became the best Graduating Student of the institution.
While Kadelu Oluwole Benedict and Ishola Titilope Oluwakemi bagged the best Graduating Student of the mass communication department
Kadelu,from the print option while Ishola from the broadcast option, these great individuals were celebrated by the institution,the department with a well deserved gifts.
The Oyo state Governor, Engr, Oluseyi Abiodun Makinde ably represented by Prof. Salihu Adelabu, the honourable commissioner for Education, Science and Technology, and also commissioner for works in Oyo state, Prof. Daud Sangodoyin, who promised to reconstruct the major roads in the institution.
Other sisters institutions were present to deliver their goodwill,and congratulatory messages, the institutions are; Adesun Ogundoyin Polytechnic, Eruwa, Oyo State College of Technology, Igbo-Ora, Oyo State Health, Science and Technology, Eleyele among others
The event was closed with different melodies and reggae from the institution Music Department, showcasing the beauty of music.
